Required Skills: •Plan, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance team members across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, planning, and parts room functions to support safe and reliable operations. •Ensure production, processing, and facility maintenance issues are addressed promptly with appropriate follow‑through to minimize downtime and support operational continuity. •Maintain and oversee systems for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, spare parts, inventories, purchasing, and maintenance history using the facility's maintenance management system. •Manage inventories of tools, parts, and supplies; order materials, equipment, and contract services in accordance with established purchasing and bidding procedures. •Solicit bids for outside contract work and schedule, supervise, and monitor contractors to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to required standards. •Support hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and development of maintenance employees; ensure staffing aligns with forecasted workloads and facility needs. •Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to employee coaching, corrective actions, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures. •Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, policies, and procedures, and support on‑site safety meetings and compliance with OSHA, EPA, Workers' Compensation, and Hazard Communication requirements.
