By combining sourcing expertise, market knowledge, innovation, and technical capabilities, we create value for customers while driving positive impact for people and the planet. •To be the change for good food and a healthy future. •Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance. •Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly. •Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. •Monitor and control supplies and equipment, order supplies and tools as necessary Qualifications: •BS Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/emphasis in food processing or related field •Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge and repair abilities. •Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems •Analytical and problem-solving skills are required. •Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills •Plan and organize plant-wide overhaul •Proficiency in mechanical, drafting, and organizational skills •Skilled in the use of Microsoft Soft (MS) Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and databases •Demonstrated capacity to develop productive and collaborative working relationships across departments is required. •Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
