Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor Company: Techo-Bloc Location: Douglassville, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:17:23 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, PLC About the job Experience: •5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience •2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Required Skills: •Pay: $130K+/yr average pay ($46–$48/hr + OT) •Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts. •Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment. •Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations. •Train multi-craft maintenance technicians, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. •Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes. •Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime. •Connect to PLC’s and VFD’s using laptop software to identify faults, monitor inputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.
