Required Skills: •Promotes and supports a strong culture of environmental, health, and safety excellence. •Assists in managing the maintenance and reliability budget to optimize spending while achieving targeted production capacity and asset reliability goals. •Ensures compliance with Bunge's standard reliability and maintenance work processes. •Provides input to the Plant Reliability Excellence Manager regarding succession planning, workforce development, skills assessments, and training initiatives. •Supports the management of critical spare parts inventory, balancing availability with inventory optimization and leveraging automated materials requisition processes where appropriate. •Contributes performance data and insights for benchmarking against internal and external standards to identify continuous improvement opportunities. •Supports and participates in Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure safe and effective implementation of operational and maintenance changes. •Assists in the execution and continuous improvement of the site's reliability strategy. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years’ experience in reliability and/or maintenance required. •Prior experience with standard corporate maintenance workflow processes. •Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews. •Must possess a demonstrated high degree of tact in dealing with both plant staff and maintenance personnel. •Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills required. •Excellent administrative and analytical skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. •Demonstrated experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or comparable system required, preferably experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management Modules.
