Required Skills: •How Will You Drive Impact •Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes. •Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) •Cross-Functional Leadership •Partner daily with Operations, Safety, and senior site leadership to align on facility priorities, downtime reporting, and equipment availability decisions that keep the facility running at peak performance. •Partner cross-functionally with internal and external business partners, coordinating vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with company standards. •Serve as a key member of the site Safety Committee, contributing subject matter expertise and recommendations to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Maintenance and Operations Leadership. •People Leadership Qualifications: •3–5 years of related experience in a Facilities leadership role within a Fulfillment, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment. •Advanced skills and hands-on ability in Manufacturing Equipment, Material Handling Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic systems. •Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing Motor Control equipment including PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and I/O devices. •Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics. •Proven ability to manage through facility-related emergencies with professionalism and sound decision-making under pressure. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to produce and analyze performance reports and maintenance records. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with flexibility to adjust schedule as business demands require; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and hand-twisting for prolonged periods. •High School Diploma required. •On-site: Your work location will be onsite in Aberdeen, MD.
