Required Skills: •Supervise and support execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and calibration activities across production equipment. •Perform and coordinate maintenance and repair of manufacturing and laboratory equipment in a regulated environment. •Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with minimal supervision. •Interpret process and instrumentation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to plan maintenance activities. •Support startup, commissioning, and transition to full 24x7 site-based operations. •Ensure ongoing maintenance support for continuous 24x7 manufacturing operations following site startup. •Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards during all maintenance activities. •Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate documentation within computerized maintenance management systems. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred. •Prior experience supervising or coordinating maintenance activities within a production or manufacturing setting. •Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system components. •Proficiency using computerized maintenance management systems, building management systems, and Microsoft Office applications. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret technical documents including process and instrumentation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications. •Demonstrated capacity to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments as required. •To learn more about the culture, rewards and benefits we offer our people click here.
