Hiring: Maintenance Scheduler - Residential Properties Company: Redstone Location: Burlington, VT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:26:46 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Required Skills: •Own the daily and weekly scheduling of Residential Maintenance Technicians across Redstone's residential portfolio. •Build and maintain technician schedules using established prioritization guidelines, balancing emergency requests, resident commitments, due dates, workload capacity, and operational priorities. •Optimize schedules to maximize geographic efficiency and minimize technician travel time between properties. •Continuously adjust schedules throughout the day to respond to emergencies, urgent requests, weather events, and changing priorities. •Serve as the primary intake resource for all residential maintenance work orders. •Review work requests for completeness, accuracy, urgency, and proper categorization. •Assign work orders based on priority, skill set, workload, and geographic location. •Take ownership of residential maintenance backlog performance and work order throughput.
