More than half of our job openings are filled by internal promotion, and we encourage team members to gain a variety of experiences across different functional groups. •Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of Maintenance Planning personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling, execution, and completion of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. •Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for maintenance planning and support personnel. •Plan and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs by developing and analyzing equipment downtime reports, identifying trends, and determining root causes through failure analysis, maintenance records review, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams. •Ensure maintenance planning processes are standardized and consistently executed across all shifts and departments. •Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance performance metrics, including equipment reliability, downtime, PM compliance, work order completion rates, and maintenance costs. •Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance work, capital projects, shutdown activities, and corrective maintenance work orders. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred. •Associate Degree, technical school certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
