Required Skills: •Project management (5%) •Actively participate in the receiving, approving & processing daily work request and establish priorities for jobs that are classified as ready for execution •Verify that the work request/order contains the correct information including, but not limited to department location, production center sub location, equipment ID, and work order type. •Actively participate in the detailed scoping out, assessment and verification of parts &/or service requirements for all jobs that has been satisfactorily evaluated and has been placed on hold due to the unavailability of requisite spare parts. •Actively scrutinize MP2 and change applicable work orders from a status of “under evaluation” to “READY” OR “work order in planning”. •Perform daily queries on MP2 Database to filter out work orders that are classified as “work order in planning” and determine completeness of part(s) requirements and appropriately follow up where necessary. •Appropriately move work orders through MP2 by changing their status whenever it is discovered that a requested parts have become available. •Reschedule work order start date to that which is consistent with the arrival of the designated parts. (Where feasible, be prepared to schedule the execution of a job approximately two (2) days after the promised delivery date derived from the PO status report.)
