This position serves as a key link between maintenance and operations by ensuring work is properly scoped, planned, prioritized, and documented. •Plan maintenance work including job scoping, cost estimation, labor planning, material identification, ordering, kitting, and scheduling. •Manage planning functions within Maximo, including approvals, preventive maintenance activities, BOMs, and cost-effective execution. •Maintain and enhance asset information, preventive maintenance job plans, spare parts data, and maintenance safety plans within the CMMS. •Lead spare parts inventory and storeroom management initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and availability. •Develop, track, and report maintenance KPIs to drive reliability and continuous improvement. •Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and equipment reliability. •Manage contractors performing planned maintenance activities and contracted preventive maintenance work. Qualifications: •Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
