Required Skills: •Perform inspections of building aspects to ensure their proper operation. •Manage multiple projects to completion, including providing estimates of material costs and determining any equipment necessary to complete a task. •Complete repairs to plumbing equipment to resolve equipment breakdowns. Inspection and troubleshooting of the existing equipment. •Installation of new equipment or completion of construction projects as outlined by the Director of Facilities. •Troubleshoot campus plumbing systems to determine the cause of equipment failures and return systems to normal operations with minimal downtime. •Respond to building occupant requests regarding the operation of the building or their equipment within the building. •Repairs and maintenance to aspects of the campus-wide potable and wastewater systems that serve all buildings on campus. •The New Bolton Center campus is located in Kennett Square, PA, where there is no public transportation. You must have your own reliable transportation. Qualifications: •The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday during normal business hours. However, the position will require some weekend work on a rotational basis and must be part of the department's on-call rotation. •Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
