Required Skills: •Execute all job duties with a strong safety mindset. Follow all permitting, job safety, and food safety programs and procedures every time. •Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as valves, conveyors, compressors, packers, fillers, palletizers, filters, membranes, separators, blow molders, labeling, and pumps. •Troubleshoot, repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc. as needed. •Perform work order repairs, preventive maintenance inspections and repairs, equipment rebuilds and adjustments. •Able to set up and operate welders, drill press, grinder, hand tools and other metal working equipment. •Fabrication, innovation and modification of new and existing equipment. •Create work orders for equipment repairs that include parts and document labor hours •Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
