Required Skills: •Lead and continuously improve maintenance, reliability, and TPM programs by implementing proactive, preventive, predictive, and operator-driven maintenance strategies that maximize equipment performance and uptime. •Drive asset reliability and operational excellence through CMMS analytics, reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE), root cause failure analysis, lifecycle planning, and Industry 4.0 technologies. •Manage maintenance operations, resources, and budgets by optimizing planning and scheduling, developing technical talent, controlling costs, and ensuring effective support for capital projects and facility growth. •Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations by meeting regulatory and corporate requirements, supporting plant performance objectives, and leading maintenance response to critical equipment and operational issues. •Demonstrated expertise in TPM, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), asset management, and proactive maintenance programs, including OPM, PM, PdM, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA). •Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and reliability methodologies, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, condition monitoring, and reliability KPI management (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, uptime). •Proven leadership in automated manufacturing environments, with the ability to develop teams, drive cultural change, manage budgets and capital projects, and deliver operational excellence. Qualifications: •Excellent communication, coaching, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, CMRP, CRL, or related certifications preferred.
