Hiring: Maintenance Manager Company: Nestlé Purina North America Location: Eden, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 18:02:36 About the job Experience: •5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment •3+ years of people leadership experience Required Skills: •Develop vision needed to lead and oversee maintenance support to factory operational equipment, as well as general facility maintenance •Direct and coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Department to maintain equipment at the highest practical level through continuous improvement of the maintenance systems, as well as leadership within the facility’s continuous improvement initiatives •Interface directly with team members to develop the most cost-effective repair strategies and manage maintenance spending responsibilities to achieve factory maintenance budget •Establish departmental goals and objectives to maintain a low cost high efficient operation •Develop and implement innovative technical ideas and solutions for improved production efficiencies to reduce operating cost •Complete planning and budgeting for maintenance activities including extraordinary maintenance as well as annual budget for labor, repair materials, and outside contractors Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED •The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
