Required Skills: •Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments •Installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing facilities infrastructure •Making/machining replacement tools and parts for manufacturing operations •Planning and prioritizing work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions •Individuals in these roles primarily focus on directing, leveraging, and guiding the work of others, and mobilizing resources. •Leaders typically manage two or more direct reports. •Lead and oversee the monitoring and achievement of operational and/or financial results for their area of responsibility. •Lead and oversee people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •3+ years of Maintenance Manager experience in a manufacturing environment. •Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, work order management, equipment reliability, and downtime reduction. •Technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, controls, automation, PLCs, and drives strongly preferred. •Proficiency with SAP or a similar CMMS, along with Microsoft Excel. •Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a strong plus. •Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
