Required Skills: •Provide guidance to incoming and current maintenance specialists by showing tips, tricks, and best practices. •Help Maintenance Specialists understand and follow departmental processes. •Aid Assistant Maintenance and Maintenance Manager with new hire training. •Assist in the development and implementation of CMMS for the maintenance department and act as point of contact for CMMS administration for assigned location. •Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair/replacement. •Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists. •Be a hands-on leader while assisting in the completion of the PM program as well as the troubleshooting, repair and general maintenance work on the facilities, equipment and grounds. •Document and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement. Qualifications: •One (1) year experience working in maintenance within a production facility. •Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing preferred. •Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks. •Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner. •Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces. •Demonstrated capacity to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds. •Must be authorized to work in the United States. •Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent. •Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry. •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
