Required Skills: •Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists. •Document and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement. •Report all maintenance issues to Maintenance Manager. •Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures. •Perform custodial functions to clean and maintain the building both inside and outside. •Assist with the management of outside contractors for required service for the facilities and equipment. •Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws. •Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Qualifications: •Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position. •Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing preferred. •Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks. •Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner. •Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces. •Demonstrated capacity to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds. •Must be authorized to work in the United States. •Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent. •Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry. •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
