Required Skills: •Supervise and Develop a Maintenance Team across multiple shifts including 12 hour weekend shifts with varying skill levels. •And cover other shifts when the 2nd shift Supervisor is off. •Conduct Safety, Environmental and Operational training with the team. •Perform Safety and Environmental Audits. •Manage the CMMS system, develop PMs, assign corrective and preventive work orders and perform audits on work completed. •Manage the material handling applications: (Dematic EMS and Beumer BeOS). •Interface directly with other departments to synchronize maintenance and safety related requests. •Partner cross-functionally with 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor, Supply Coordinator, Controls Engineer and Reliability Technician on any current or upcoming projects or maintenance activities. Qualifications: •High School Diploma •Associates degree in Electrical, Electronic, Engineering or related field, or combination of education and work experience.
