Location: Denver, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 11:59:09 Target Skills & Keywords : Revenue Cycle Management, Root Cause Analysis About the job Required Skills: •Will work with the Engineering Maintenance Team to provide technical expertise in distribution and substation equipment, and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, grid reliability and safety. •Possess and maintain knowledge of principles, practices, procedures, and standards related to utility power distribution systems maintenance. •Actively facilitate and support development and revision of maintenance and testing standards for electrical substations and distribution systems in alignment with industry best practices. •Assist with implementation of preventative maintenance programs that adhere to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives, latest industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. •Develop detailed plans and procedures for routine testing and maintenance of electrical apparatuses found in sub-transmission, substations, and distribution systems. •Collaborate in the design and implementation of asset recordkeeping database system to capture all test reports, inspections, and performance data for key electrical assets that can be used for analysis and preventative maintenance planning. •Analyze electrical apparatus test reports, field inspection data, and other performance data to identify performance status and life-cycle assessment of key electrical assets. Propose cost-effective maintenance or replacement plans based on the technical analysis of the data. •Lead preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for system reliability, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
