Hiring: Maintenance Dispatcher/Coordinator (2nd shift) Company: Herbalife Location: Winston-Salem, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:17:27 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, setup/change over or dispatching role. •Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision •Must possess a strong technical background Required Skills: •Advise departments to coordinate any planned shutdowns, maintenance, or service activities that could have an impact on their schedule and keep them informed during emergency or unexpected downtime events. •Ensure completed schedules are returned promptly and that work orders are filled out completely by craftspersons, maintenance lead mechanics, and authorized contractor representatives. •Effectively communicate and maintain a good rapport with all maintenance personnel. •Effectively balance multiple two-way radio traffic in the form of taking information quickly and accurately, and dispatching technicians in an effective manner to maximize workforce usage. •Update preventive maintenance schedule and work order content and frequencies. •Actively participate in continuous improvement teams to present CMMS data identifying repeat issues. •Interface directly with Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and Parts Coordinator to ensure all records are filed, parts for PMs and WOs are staged & kitted. •Input and Update Preventative Maintenance as needed.
