Required Skills: •Facility Maintenance and Safety Plan, organize, and maintain a clean, safe environment; oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water/sewage, and fire alarm systems; follow infection control and safety procedures. •Preventive and Routine Maintenance Perform, document, and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs; manage outside areas and contractor visits. •Staff Supervision and Development Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; delegate duties, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in hiring, disciplining, and promotions. •Equipment and Supply Management Order, receive, store, and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; document purchases and coordinate repairs as needed. •Compliance and Policy Adherence Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations; participate in inspections, audits, QA meetings, and policy development; maintain knowledge of MN Department of Health regulations and residents’ rights. •Professionalism and Continuous Improvement Promote positive workplace culture, strong customer service, continuous quality improvement, and teamwork; attend continuing education and support other departments as needed.
