The maintenance data specialist role builds and maintains the maintenance data systems at the New Century plant site. •Gatekeeper for maintenance management information(MMIS) system at the New Century Site. •Manage MMIS portion of the management of change(MOC) process. •Lead and oversee building and maintaining equipment BOMS, creating equipment IDs, facilitating P&ID updates, and establishing equipment preventive maintenance plans. •Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation. •Partner cross-functionally with site engineers, operations and maintenance teams. •Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible. •Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible. Qualifications: •Highly developed communication and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to perform well under competing priorities. •Interpersonal skills for working in teams across functions. •Computer and technical literacy; demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel). •Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus. •Reporting structure: Reports to the Operations Manager. •Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holiday, and a bonus plan.
