Hiring: Maintenance Coordinator I Company: HLBMA LLC Location: Ellabell, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 01:57:32 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Root Cause Analysis About the job Experience: •Exposure to lean manufacturing, reliability-centered maintenance, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred Required Skills: •Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for production and facility equipment within the CMMS •Plan and prepare maintenance work orders, including task steps, labor estimates, required parts, tools, and safety requirements •Coordinate PM scheduling with Production to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations and align with planned downtime windows •Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to review equipment history and adjust PM frequencies, tasks, and strategies based on reliability data •Support execution of scheduled maintenance activities and associated safety measures •Manage and maintain spare parts and MRO inventory to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities •Register, catalog, and maintain spare parts records within applicable systems •Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and equipment demand to determine replenishment needs and reorder points Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field); degree in any major or equivalent relevant experience will be considered •Maintenance planning or reliability certification (e.g., CMRP, CPMM) is a plus •Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for periods of up to 12 hours: safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, nitrile gloves, ear protection, and cleanroom suit •Must be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull materials or equipment for periods of up to 12 hours •Must be able to repeatedly stoop, twist, and bend for periods of up to 12 hours •Must be able to repeatedly reach overhead for periods of up to 12 hours •Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods •Must be able to use hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems •Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, including production, warehouse, storeroom, and maintenance areas •Work may involve handling or working in proximity to hazardous materials and regulated industrial chemicals Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
