Required Skills: •What You Will Work On •As a Maintenance Coach, you will lead daily maintenance execution for AM93, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient delivery of maintenance services. •Coordinate technician workloads, monitor equipment performance, and partner cross-functionally to resolve chronic equipment issues and improve reliability. •Drive adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, maintenance procedures, documentation practices, and preventive maintenance strategies while supporting the development of maintenance technicians through coaching, training, and performance feedback. •Who You Will Work With You will work closely with Maintenance Technicians, Production Coaches, Engineers, Planning, Quality, Safety, and Operations leadership to ensure equipment reliability and operational success. •Also partner with contractors, vendors, and technical specialists to support maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives across AM93. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems. •Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. •Technical certification, associate degree, or equivalent maintenance-related training. •Previous experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations. •This role is critical to building a safe, reliable, and high-performing maintenance organization that enables world-class manufacturing performance at AM93.
