Required Skills: •Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold the store’s appearance and hygiene standards. •Sweep, mop, and run floor scrubber regularly to keep a clean and safe surface for both customers and associates. •Empty trash receptacles and replace garbage bags to maintain a tidy environment. •Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with essential supplies. •Wipe down surfaces such as counters, display shelves, and fixtures to maintain a polished and organized presentation. •Conduct basic repairs and maintenance activities such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and repairing damaged fixtures. •Monitor and report any safety hazards, malfunctioning equipment, or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor. •Assist in store activities such as unloading trucks, stocking, or zoning merchandise when time allows. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently. •Able to navigate and access all facilities. •Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices. •Close vision for computer-related activities.
