Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Controls Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. •Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, controls, and industrial engineering. •Strong proficiency in programming and troubleshooting ABB robots, Allen Bradley PLCs, and Keyence Vision systems (CVX, IV3, IV4, and VS). •In-depth knowledge of control system concepts, including PID control, motion control, robotics, and vision systems. •Operational familiarity with electrical engineering principles, including system architecture, motor control, and electrical safety. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical and control system issues. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. •Demonstrated capacity to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25% of the time). •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. •Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
