Required Skills: •Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities •Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and supervision to a team of engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. •Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of equipment launch projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints. •Utilize advanced knowledge in manufacturing processes, control systems, and industrial engineering to solve complex problems and optimize production efficiency. •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new equipment. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the team. •Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. •Design, develop, and implement advanced control systems, including programming and troubleshooting ABB robots, Allen Bradley PLCs, and Keyence Vision systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Controls Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. •Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, controls, and industrial engineering. •Strong proficiency in programming and troubleshooting ABB robots, Allen Bradley PLCs, and Keyence Vision systems (CVX, IV3, IV4, and VS). •In-depth knowledge of control system concepts, including PID control, motion control, robotics, and vision systems. •Operational familiarity with electrical engineering principles, including system architecture, motor control, and electrical safety. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical and control system issues. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. •Demonstrated capacity to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25% of the time). •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. •Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
