Hiring: Machinist - Belt Polish 2nd shift Company: RBC Bearings Location: Westminster, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:03:34 About the job Experience: •1-3 years manufacturing experience Required Skills: •Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements •Use precision tools, machinery and equipment such as belt polisher and grit blaster •Properly select correct belt grit and change as necessary •Properly select, align, secure and remove holding fixtures, tooling and belts •Perform inspection of polished or blasted products (including documentation of results) •Complete and maintain paperwork for parts •Perform basic troubleshooting as required •Utilize and abide by ISO requirements, regulations and instructions Qualifications: •Must be able to stand, walk (on concrete surfaces), bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and lift to perform repetitive movements •Must be able to lift/push/pull objects up to 35 pounds, heavier objects require assistance •Demonstrated capacity to adhere to safety policies •Must be able to use computer to enter data •Must be able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math to perform basic calculations and use basic hand held measuring tools •High School Diploma or GED Required •Certification from Technical School a plus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
