Come Join our Team! •Plan and perform a normal range of rough and finish turning, drilling, tapping, boring, facing, recessing, thread cutting and similar machining operations on a variety of shafts, housings heads, and parts of various ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. •Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments like micrometers. •Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and instruments such as micrometers and Vernier calipers. •Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of operational sequence. •Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations. •Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. •Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machine process. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED equivalent •The approximate pay range for this position is $23/HR - $30/HR.
