Required Skills: •Report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Fombell, PA location. •Safely and efficiently operate electron beam operating systems. •Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and safety standards. •Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. •Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues, escalating to management when necessary. •Monitor production flow and communicate any discrepancies or concerns. •Vacuum leak checking systems for leaks with helium and helium detectors. •Maintain accurate production logs and reports, documenting any incidents or machine malfunctions. Qualifications: •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in helium testing and or maintenance work. •Understanding of metallurgy, mechanical design, and vacuum system mechanics. •Capability to work in both hot and cold environments as needed. •Must be open to working rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required •Forklift operation experience is highly valued and will be considered an asset. •Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. •Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
