Required Skills: •Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based business solutions. •Conduct customer discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. •Create architecture designs, solution blueprints, integration specifications, and implementation roadmaps. •Architect and oversee implementation of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, OneDrive, and related M365 services. •Design integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party applications, and enterprise systems. •Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to delivery teams throughout project execution. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful solution delivery. •Advise customers on Microsoft 365 best practices, governance, security, adoption, and modernization strategies.
