Required Skills: •Define the target state M365 tenant architecture, identity models, mail routing topologies, and hybrid coexistence strategies. •Lead detailed discovery phases to assess source environment readiness, identify potential blockers, and estimate data volumes. •Design and oversee the migration of Exchange (On-Premises/Hosted to Online), SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams. •Build repeatable blueprints for Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture (M&A) scenarios involving domain moves and cross-tenant data mapping. •Configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and secure score optimization. •Evaluate, select, and deploy enterprise migration software (e.g., BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, or native Microsoft tools). •Develop robust PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, bulk provisioning, and data validation reporting. Qualifications: •8-10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with at least 4+ years dedicated explicitly to large-scale M365 migrations (10,000+ users preferred). •Mastery of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and federation services (ADFS). •Deep architectural understanding of Exchange hybrid configurations, public folder migrations, and complex SharePoint permission structures. •Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and eDiscovery tools. •Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent legacy certificates (MCSE). •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex cloud architecture concepts into clear business risks and rewards for C-suite executives. •Demonstrated success in handling high-pressure throttling events, corrupted data sets, and unexpected migration failures under tight timelines.
