Hiring: M&H Valve - General Maintenance B Company: M&H Valve Company Location: Anniston, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:27:08 About the job Experience: •Completion of a vocational certificate program in Industrial Maintenance or related program; or completion formal apprenticeship program; or two years’ experience in industrial maintenance required. •Passing written and hands-on exam to demonstrate competency in mechanical maintenance which is primarily hydraulics and pneumatics, pumps and piping, lubrication, and rigging for mechanically driven and electrical industrial machinery. •Must be at least 18 years of age. Required Skills: •1st Responsibility - Ensuring personal safety and the safety of your team members. •Assists supervisors and managers in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. •Wears appropriate PPE which may include fall protection, respiratory protection, hearing protection, foot, hand, head and eye protection. •Uses proper lifting and ergo techniques. •Proactively promotes The McWane Way Principles. •Inspects, operates, or tests machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction. •Plans and lays out repair work using diagrams, drawings, maintenance manuals, schematics or other specification to determine repair or installation procedures. •Requests equipment and supplies for maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
