Required Skills: •We are seeking Sales Associates to support our client, a luxury jewelry brand with a new store in Aspen. This role requires individuals with high-end retail experience, exceptional client service skills, and a passion for luxury jewelry and storytelling. •Sales Associates will provide an elevated, concierge-level experience to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of personalized service. They will develop a deep understanding of the brand’s craftsmanship, collections, and brand story, engaging with Aspen’s discerning clientele in an exclusive setting. •Provide exceptional luxury service and a personalized shopping experience. •Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele, utilizing strategies to drive sales and foster brand loyalty. •Communicate the brand story, craftsmanship, and unique qualities of each collection. •Assist in private appointments, VIP experiences, and in-store activations. •Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. •Ensure product displays reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic and high merchandising standards.
