Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). •In-depth knowledge of LTL pricing structures, tariffs, routing, and industry software platforms (McLeod, TAI, Project44, or equivalent). •Proven track record in building carrier networks and improving operational margins. •Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
