Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with a team of low voltage technicians. •Install, repair, and maintain various low voltage systems, including commercial and industrial refrigeration unit •Partner cross-functionally with the engineering and maintenance departments to develop preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize system performance and reduce downtime. •Install and support fire alarm systems including fire alarm control panels (FACP), initiating devices, notification appliances, power supplies, and networked fire alarm components. Perform device mounting, conductor routing, labeling, and termination of low-voltage cabling in compliance with code and project specifications. •Conduct regular inspections of low voltage work, identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. •Testing and troubleshooting low voltage systems to ensure proper functioning. •Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment maintenance schedules, and inventory of spare parts and supplies. •Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all low voltage-related activities. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent is required, additional technical certifications in a low voltage related field preferred. •Proven experience (2+ years) as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role. •In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. •NICET Level I – IV if possible •BICSI & ETA Certs if possible •Demonstrated capacity to work with CCTV, Access control and other low voltage platforms. •Demonstrates leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, and self-discipline. •Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and potential for growth. •Must be able to effectively collaborate with the project team to plan and accomplish goals. •Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
