Hiring: Lot Specialist Company: Carvana Location: Jurupa Valley, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:59:47 About the job Experience: •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements •18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements Required Skills: •Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between auction operations and customers while performing pre-sale quality checks and supporting overall operational flow. •Reconditioning Oversight: Manage vehicle preparation by recommending and overseeing reconditioning services, such as PDR or glass repair, based on account criteria to ensure sale readiness. •Repair Coordination: Review and write repair orders, entering them into the PC system and coordinating repairs with the shops. •Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by locating, numbering, and moving vehicles to designated areas while confirming VIN, make, year, and mileage. •Tracking & Accuracy: Track missing units and assist with locating vehicles for customers. •Lot Organization: Apply appropriate numbering, tagging, and stickers to vehicles; mark numbers on windshields and place units on spot for sale. •Sale Day Execution: Coordinate sale lane activities to drive an efficient and customer-focused auction experience. •Diagnostics: Perform basic vehicle diagnostic determinations to decide if a vehicle needs to be moved to the Mechanic Shop.
