Qualifications: •Receive $500 upon completion of 3 months from the start date. •An additional $500 upon completion of 6 months from the start date. •If the department exceeds its goal, eligible agents in the bonus range will receive a "kicker" ranging from $100.00 to $750.00, based on goal achievement. •All agent incentive opportunities may vary monthly, and are not guaranteed, and are subject to change. •Is responsible for managing and collecting on charged-off accounts to help recover assets and minimize loss for Westlake Financial. This position requires strong negotiation and listening skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make strategic decisions regarding repossession and settlements. •Contact customers via outbound and inbound calls to arrange payment solutions and bring accounts to resolution. •Negotiate payment plans based on customer circumstances while meeting daily and monthly performance goals. •Conduct extensive skip tracing to locate customers, vehicles, or potential leads. •Maintain accurate records of account activity, updates, and vehicle recovery progress. •Partner cross-functionally with team members to support department goals and share information on active cases.
