This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs. Qualifications: •Function as the stores Loss Prevention Coordinator to proactively detect and prevent losses. •Analyze shrink/loss data to identify and track problem areas and trends. •Review and monitor process controls and audits and identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies. •In partnership with store management, teach, train and coach associates in loss prevention protocols and techniques as well as use of equipment and technologies. •Oversee EAS system operation and coordinate on maintenance and compliance. •Advise Store Managers and Loss Prevention on policy and procedure violations. •Assist store management team with the implementation and adherence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and all company policies and procedures. Report all issues to Loss Prevention. •Watch for and recognize potential theft, and take appropriate steps to prevent, report, or handle these situations. •Recognize safety and security risks and remedy the situation and alert proper personnel. •Monitor and audit cash handling processes and procedures.
