Required Skills: •Operational Management •Lead and manage an assigned Loss Mitigation function, including Underwriting or Closing. •Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, cycle time, and service level expectations. •Monitor pipeline performance and address process bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency. •Manage escalated borrower, client, investor, and operational issues. Qualifications: •FHA, VA, USDA, GSE, and proprietary retention solutions •Provide guidance on complex eligibility, decisioning, documentation, and execution requirements. •Support implementation of new investor products, regulatory requirements, and business initiatives. •Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, client, federal, state, and company requirements. •Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Quality teams to address audit findings and process improvements. •Monitor quality performance and implement corrective action plans when needed. •Establish and maintain operational controls designed to mitigate risk. •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, borrower experience, and operational effectiveness. •Participate in system enhancements, automation initiatives, testing efforts, and process redesign.
