Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. •Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate to include scanning product correctly. Report variances. •Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. •Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. •Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment. •Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. •Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards. Qualifications: •Forklift certification and at least 2 years of experience operating a forklift •Operational familiarity with barcoding and inventory systems •Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and time management •Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance •Being a leader means persevering even when there’s not a road map; embracing groundbreaking as a way of life.
