Required Skills: •We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Logistics Specialist to support inbound and outbound logistics at our Katy manufacturing facility. This role coordinates receiving, shipping, transportation, customs documentation, inventory transactions, and material movement to support uninterrupted production and on-time customer delivery. •Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including domestic and international freight. •Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and other import/export records. •Interface directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, trucking companies, and parcel carriers to schedule and track shipments. •Support customs clearance, HS code verification, duty and tax documentation, and applicable trade compliance requirements. •Coordinate receiving activities and ensure materials are inspected, documented, and delivered to the correct location. •Maintain accurate receipts, shipments, inventory movements, and logistics records in SAP/ERP systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field. •Proficiency in English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required for collaboration with teams in Asia. •Applied hands-on capability in domestic and international shipments, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
