Required Skills: •The ideal candidate will have a strong DoD logistics and Product Support background, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program office environment. •Provide Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Management support for PM PNT programs, initiatives, and operational requirements. •Coordinate completion of taskers in TMT/ETMS by consolidating responses from Product Manager team members and tracking actions through completion. •Track Product Support-related taskings, including urgent operational requests, system operational availability issues, training requirements, and other Product Support activities. •Develop and maintain schedules supporting short- and mid-range Product Support operations and initiatives. •Coordinate weekly activity report inputs from Product Support teams and consolidate information for leadership review. •Organize, maintain, and manage Product Support files and documentation within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. •Coordinate meetings with government, contractor, Product Manager, and other stakeholder organizations, including conference room, audio, and video requirements.
