Hiring: Logistics Operations Lead Company: CNH Location: Racine, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:41:51 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Root Cause Analysis About the job Required Skills: •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Supervisors while holding them accountable for safety, performance, employee development, and continuous improvement. •Drive consistency across logistics operations by establishing standardized expectations, priorities, and leadership practices. •Lead daily staffing and labor allocation decisions across all logistics functions. •Provide leadership and operational support by filling in for supervisors during planned and unplanned absences. •Coordinate manpower planning, staffing priorities, and transition plans for open positions. •Escalate engineering, process, and equipment issues to the Internal Logistics Manager. •Ensure all Logistics Lean Daily Management System (DMS) boards are accurate, current, and effectively utilized. •Attend daily Assembly DMS meetings to strengthen cross-functional communication and ensure alignment between Logistics and Production. Qualifications: •High school diploma/GED •Five or more years of manufacturing, warehousing, or internal logistics experience. •At least two years of team-lead, acting-supervisor, or supervisory experience. •Relevant college education may be considered in lieu of part of the experience requirement. •Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
