OMRON Management Center of America, Inc. is the regional headquarters for OMRON in the Americas. •1+ years in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, operations environment, comfortable with learning new technology Required Skills: •Act as direct link between Omron customer service and third party logistics provider •Follow up on requests from Omron internal customers through Service Now tool •Demonstrate the ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve operational and logistics issues with guidance •Propose practical solutions or countermeasures when identifying process or system gaps •Contribute ideas and actively support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives •Maintain accurate records, metrics, and documentation related to warehouse performance and operational issues •Use basic data analysis (Excel, reporting tools) to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities •Understand and promote the key objectives and philosophies of the company as they relate to the third party logistics provided. Qualifications: •BS in supply management, operations or engineering. •Technology oriented with Strong knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge/experience with ERP systems including JDEdwards preferred. Expert in a request management system.
