Required Skills: •On site management and execution for all Summit events to support logistical requirements. •Inventory Management •Manages the onsite wine shipping and receiving for SVL, including import/export shipping in collaboration with the SVL team while utilizing inventory control tools and technology such as Excel, Shopify, Yardi, and other systems as needed. •Manages retail inventory including delivery from vendor to receiving into Skywalker inventory. •Oversee all Wine Club shipment logistics, including packing, shipping schedules, compliance, and delivery tracking. •Coordinate with Wine Club, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure timely member shipments. •Monitor shipment quality and resolve delivery issues promptly to maintain exceptional member satisfaction. •Ensure compliance with all applicable shipping regulations and carrier requirements Compensation: •$110,000 - $115,000 / year •Medical/Dental/Vision with Generous Cost Sharing Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
