You will be accountable for aligning priorities, developing leaders, and delivering safety, quality, velocity, and cost objectives across the assigned operations. •Leads and develops managers responsible for internal logistics execution and SS assembly kitting operations •Provides direction, establishes priorities, and ensures consistent execution across assigned operations and shifts •Maintains accountability for material storage, movement, replenishment, point-of-use delivery, and kit quality and availability •Provides leadership and governance for Inventory Records Accuracy, including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. •Establishes performance expectations and holds team accountable for safety, quality, velocity, cost, and people results. Qualifications: •Degree or equivalent experience desired •Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. •Knowledge of evolving the business to remain competitive; ability to understand, adapt oneself to, respond to and proactively seek changes and innovation in the business environment to improve the competitive advantage of an organization. •Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment. •Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way. •Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. •Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
