Required Skills: •Lead the development and design of a centralized repository of logistics data. Need to develop, define, design and implement a “date lake” aggregating various siloed internal and external data sources. •Strategically drive ability to analyze logistics data quickly, efficiently, and intuitively through Power BI, AI and other advanced tools leveraging dashboards and scorecards to accelerate data-driven insight. •Partner with the operations and internal stakeholders to drive process standardization and visibility. Provide insights and find improvement opportunities to ensure reporting solutions address key objectives. •Analyze and consolidate logistics data (freight spend, carrier performance, service levels) to develop and monitor KPIs aligned to operations performance. •Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to logistics and financial data. Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analyses. •Assist in building a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement in logistics operations excellence. •Document logistics processes and provide training or support to internal teams related to operational initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes and implement standard methodologies for data management and reporting. Qualifications: •Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles. •Strong knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint; experience with process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucid) preferred. •Understanding of warehouse operations, carrier management, and logistics procurement processes. •Demonstrated ability to manage projects, communicate across cross-functional teams, and drive execution. •Proven experience in logistics data analysis and process improvement •Project Management Skills – ability to organize and communicate.
