Required Skills: •Coordinate end-to-end logistics for international shipments, working closely with manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, ocean carriers, customs brokers, drayage providers, and destination facilities. •Monitor inbound shipments across various transportation modes and maintain accurate, real-time shipment records in the ERP system. •Proactively communicate shipment statuses, anticipated delivery timelines, and potential delays to internal stakeholders. •Process, manage, and release customer orders from domestic 3PL warehouses and arrange FTL/LTL freight through the transportation management portal. •Identify and escalate logistics issues such as delays, damages, accessorial charges, documentation discrepancies, or inventory shortfalls, providing relevant information and recommended next steps. •Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure shipments are executed accurately and according to established timelines. •Production & Inventory Management •Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing partners based on forecasted demand and delivery timelines with respect to lead times. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. •Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. •Strong numerical and analytical skills. •Microsoft Office experience is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) •Proficient across all communication platforms (email, messaging, phone, and in person). •Attention to detail is critical to this position. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. •Operational familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle). •Background in wholesale, manufacturing, or import/export distribution, with food/beverage experience preferred. •Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus.
