Depending on your background, you will step into a role as an Operations Specialist or an Account Operations Coordinator •, supporting continuous domestic ground freight execution (FTL, LTL, Intermodal) and account management. •In this environment, you will drive daily shipment execution, support high-value client relationships, execute load consolidation decisions, and ensure complete data accuracy across the entire shipment lifecycle—from initial origin booking through final delivery and invoicing. •Manage origin dispatch, carrier tracking, and real-time shipment execution across FTL, LTL, and Intermodal modes. •Conduct precise document audits by validating signed Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proof of Deliveries (PODs) against internal TMS records. •Reconcile cost and revenue entries across platforms to ensure accurate, complete, and billable files. •Monitor telematics and real-time visibility tools to proactively resolve in-lane transit exceptions and dock scheduling bottlenecks.
