The THAAD Program plays a critical role in advancing air and missile defense capabilities, providing a network-centric environment for enhanced battlefield awareness and defense measures. As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and optimizing logistical operations to support the success of the THAAD program. •Analyze logistical operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. •Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and ensure alignment with program objectives. •Monitor inventory levels and track the movement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and availability. •Conduct data analysis to assess performance metrics and identify trends related to logistics operations. •Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications: •BS and six (6) years’ experience; six (6) years' experience accepted in lieu of degree •Must possess an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one; US Citizenship required. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. •Knowledge of logistics management systems (GCCS-Army/COLTS) •Operational familiarity with logistics software and systems. •Understanding of inventory management principles.
